Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 19 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or at least 9 semester hours of college coursework in the field of Early Childhood Education or Child Development
  • Minimum 12 months experience working in area of early childhood or experience in other Office of School Readiness approved settings
  • Demonstration and record of sound moral character
  • Ability to pass a background check
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Assist lead teacher in following guidelines set forth by the Alabama Office of School Readiness
  • Other duties as assigned
Length of Contract/Terms:
187 days / 7.5 hours per day
