Qualifications:
    High School diploma required. B.S. preferred. Three years of driving or transportation managament experience. Supervisory experience preferred. Must have or be willing to acquire a CDL License . Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse groups.
Duties/Responsibilities:
    Conduct interviews and make recommendations to the Superintendent for employment of transportation personnel. Supervise all transportation employees, schedule and plan in-service programs for transportation employees, establish and change bus routes as needed, work with local school principals on transportation issues¸ complete all state and local reports as required¸ make all assignments of drivers and/or aides to routes¸ approve all requisitions and purchase orders for needed parts and equipment¸ attend Staff Meetings, Board Work Sessions, Director’s Meetings and Board Meetings.
